Coming from Traboch, Gai, Trofaiach, Präbichl, Eisenerz, Erzberg, Gesäuße:

Follow the Bundesstraße (A-road) to St. Michael, passing the Bahnhof (railway station); in the roundabout, take the 2nd turnoff toward Leoben / Hinterberg, then after 100 m (after the Raiffeisenbank and Polizei station) turn left and then take another left over the Liesingbach bridge to the village square beneath the church.

Coming from Leoben, Bruck a.d. Mur, Mürztal, Vienna:

Follow the S6 Semmeringschnellstraße, taking the slip road exit St. Michael-Ost (it’s the first slip road toward Leoben West, ca. 8 km); after 50 m, turn right into the town centre, to the village square beneath the church.

Coming from Übelbach, Graz, Vulkanland, the steirische Weinstrasse (Wine Road):

Take the A9 Phyrnautobahn, exiting at the St. Michael-Knoten Abfahrt (slip road); in the Knoten (hub), head toward Klagenfurt / St.Michael.

Coming from Kalwang, Mautern, Trieben, Liezen, Salzburg, Linz:

Take the A9 Phyrnautobahn, exiting at the St. Michael-Knoten Abfahrt (slip road); in the Knoten (hub), head first toward Salzburg / Linz / Klagenfurt, then toward Klagenfurt / St. Michael.

Coming from Knittelfeld, Zeltweg, Judenburg, Klagenfurt:

Take the S36 Murtalschnellstraße, exiting at the St. Michael-Knoten Abfahrt (slip road); turn off the S36; head toward Graz / Salzburg / Linz. In the Knoten, head first toward Salzburg / Linz / Klagenfurt and then toward Klagenfurt / St. Michael.

Once you’re in town, turn right at the roundabout, heading towards Leoben / Hinterberg, after 100 m (after the Raiffeisenbank and Polizei station) turn left and then take another left over the Liesingbach bridge to the village square beneath the church
