Enthusiam, Passion and a heart of gold! Since I like the idea of “Slow Food” I prepare the meals on a daily basis, seasonally fresh and I love using products from our area.
You can only find dishes my family’s, my friend’s and my favourite dishes on the menu.
I learned how to cook because I looooove eating; I started watching my grandma from a young age. I especially enjoy preparing traditional roasts, stews and hotpots – meals, that comfort your soul.
